How To Get Started

The two questions you need to ask yourself are:

  1. How much weight do I want to lose, and
  2. Am I willing to put in the time and effort to do it correctly so that my weight loss is for life.

If you are relatively young without many health problems to worry about and you need to lose less than 15 pounds, your weight loss could be very simple and easy to accomplish with a product approach like Calorad Advanced or the U-Lite Program.
